Over the past 35 years, I have worked in post-holder positions (total: 21) in maintenance organisations, airlines and flight schools in eight countries and on three continents. I served, also, for ten years as an engineering officer in the Royal Air Force.
During that period, I have used seven different software-based SMS and CMS systems. On three occasions, I have configured what I believe to be the most straight-forward system – by far – from a user perspective: SMS360. On two occasions, I completed the RFP process from start to finish for SMS/CMS software and selected SMS360 on both occasions.
Working under the banner of Flight Data People (the developer), I am able to deliver training in English or in Spanish (or both). I am of mixed English / Spanish heritage and completely fluent in both languages.
Below is a brief description of the basic modules from which SMS360 is constructed.
